If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select the 'Return' option next to your order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack the Item

  Place the device in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
